The Kingsley Broad beam barge is designed for the discerning customer who wants a superior liveaboard boat. It is fitted out to a very high standard in oak panel with solid oak trim (ash / ash and painted panel / oak) options are also available.
The layout of the standard boat (from the rear) is:

This vessel is effectively in as new condition, having had virtually no use. The hull was fabricated by M G Fabrications in 10 / 6 / 4mm steel and then professionally fitted by Union Wharf Construction in 2005. Designed in the Luxemotor style with collapsible wheelhouse and aft double cabin with ens suite bathroom, and forward saloon open plan to the galley.
Beta Kubota BV3800 90hp diesel with hydraulic drive, also powering a hydraulic bowthruster. 4kVA inverter.
Cabin heating is provided by Eperspacher diesel CH and a solid fuel stove with back boiler fitted. Hot weater is heated by the engine, central heating and 240v immersion heater.
Equipment includes flat screen TV and sound system.
The boat is offered with the possibility of a transferable cruisng berth, where pied-a-terre usage is accepted. |

This vessel has been refitted for the current owner by Will Tricket Boatbuilders using 'antique' French Oak and is being offered for sale in London with a 5 year renewable leasehold cruising mooring. Fixed double in aft cabin. The wheelhouse has a fully collapsible front and sides with lightweight canvas roof. Central steering position.
