This Dutch Barge Replica was designed to be used. It was also built as a comfortable live aboard!

Fitted out by bottany bay to a high standard using quality fixtures and fittings.

Saloon has over head hatch , duck hatches. 42inch wall mounted smart TV. Wireless Remote sender from lap top to TV. No need for CD player.

Tiled bathroom with electric flush pump out toilet, wash basin in vanity unit, and lots of storage space.

Bedroom to bow with double bed, mirrored bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes
