Description

La Pinta is a traditional Dutch barge, 40m x 7m, which has been fitted out for accommodation: comprising four cabins, snug, and kitchen area within an open plan living area, 250m sq. in the hold with stunning hardwood floors throughout. At rear of main deck is original boat operator’s accommodation: a self-contained flat with bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and shower/toilet.
Originally converted for leisure use in 1980’s, she is suitable for bar/restaurant use, AirBnB, or residential accommodation. The vessel was drydocked in 2024 and had a full hull survey, available on request, showing her to be in excellent condition.
