One of a cargo fleet that at the turn of the 19th Century once numbered over 2000, Reminder is one of a handful of Thames Sailing Barges that has survived. Since 1975 she has earnt her living as a charter vessel for 12 guests and still takes part in the annual Thames Barge Races. Licensed with the MCA and just out of dry dock (November 2024) after hull blasting, re-painting and plate repairs.
She offers a new owner the opportunity to own a piece of English Maritime History, continue in charter work if wished to supplement her income and could choose to live aboard and continue her long racing history.
