Lying London Docklands
This vessel has been with the current owner since 2011 and was last surveyed in 2011. The hull and decks were repainted in 2014. This vessel provides a spacious two-bedroom home in the heart of Londons’ Docklands, in sought after location adjacent to Canary Wharf. It is also very well equipped for cruising, and would be ideally suited to the inland waterways of Europe. In our opinion it is very unusual to come across a vessel with both of these attributes, and thus this is the perfect boat for someone seeking a home in London together with the ability to seriously cruise.
Poplar Dock Marina is set in a stunning location opposite the Millennium Dome with access by lock to the River Thames.
The 90-berth marina is a highly sought after mooring location in a gated community and is designed to offer boaters the highest quality facilities available in terms of safety, security, comfort and style. It is within easy reach of a host of specialist shops, restaurants, pubs and attractions on the thriving Canary Wharf Estate, and central London is just minutes away on the Jubilee Line and the Docklands Light Railway.
