Branson Emily 49 ft Newly Built and High quality fit out now complete.
This boat was my dream, a life long ambition.
What you see now is exactly what I had in mind when the idea was hatched a number of years ago.
It has been completely over engineered and built to last and be kept for ever.
I hate boats with anodised caravan type windows.
For example, the rectangle windows that are solid brass were salvaged from a 1930's Ocean liner they allow masses of light in and match the new 18inch portholes beautifully.
The windows alone were Nearly £4000.
No corners have been cut, no cost has been spared .
So many boats are dark and dingy, I wanted it to be light and a positive space to live in.
All the pics were taken on a lovely day but with none of the lights switched on.
This is the one you have been waiting for. No lead time no arguments its done, apart from the soft furnishings its ready.
The Structure was built with outstanding attention to detail and care by a well renown local fabricator.
The complete fit out has just been done by the staff and proprietor of an industry topping west country Boat Builder.

My circumstances have changed I am no longer foot loose, we have a young family and I need to be more land based.
She has been built to last but I want her to be looked after and enjoyed.
She's currently set up as a Two Birth in the lovely rear cabin with a day bed/Guests in the main cabin.
She "Gracie Matilda" this is a once in a life time opportunity.
She is currently on dry land and could remain so for as long as is required.
Thats enough right now, if she is of interest please talk to me, Will.
If you want her craned, delivered, I can pass you all my contacts, she can be delivered to your door or mooring.
It can all be sorted, thanks for looking!
