Good sized wheelhouse provides entry point to interior. Solid wood interior, helm station with navigation and systems controls. Includes vetus bow thruster, generator control, inverter control, solar panel system control (3 new 150 watt panels fitted 2024), chart plotter, DSC VHF radio plus other navigation equipment. A very well equipped vessel.
The aft end of the wheel house includes an L shaped upholstered stadium bench and a side bench to seat up to 6 people.
The floors throughout are solid wood, and in the wheelhouse, the wooden hatches open up to fully expose the large machine space & main systems of the vessel. Most of the bilge's are accessible throughout the vessel.
Under the wheelhouse sole is the Gardner L20 6 cylinder 120HP diesel engine and PRM gearbox. It’s in lovely condition and well maintained, last serviced in 2024. Engine hours since installation, approx 900
In the engine room is an Onan 7Kva diesel generator which is more than adequate to run the boat off grid, serviced 2024.
She has a full wet central heating system with several radiators, plus a bubble oil fuel stove in the saloon that keeps the boat lovely and warm in the winter.
Aft from the wheelhouse, down the companionway is the large aft cabin that has a full sized shower and toilet with storage lockers and a full sized double bed.
There are traditional round port lights
Forward from the wheelhouse is the saloon and galley.
The galley is almost U shaped and includes full sized washing machine, gas cooker, gas hob, microwave and a twin sink. A breakfast bar with 2 stools divides into the saloon.
The saloon settee is trimmed newly re upholstered in cream leather also 2 Stressless blue leather recliners with footstools, perfect for snoozing.
Moving forward to the front is another cabin, currently used as an office and studio. The bed structure (dismantled) is available to be replaced (so would then be a 4 berth, as currently configured as a 2 berth).
There is a main heads off this cabin with full sized shower and electric heads.
Forwards from this cabin, it is a workshop, the current owner was planning to make this into another double cabin, but the new owner can decide what suits them. Vessel currently ashore for winter storage
She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate to May 2025 and this will be renewed. She was antifouled in 2023, exterior varnish work currently being renewed for new season
The 2024 survey had very good ultrasonic readings showing minimal steel wastage. The boat has a solid 10mm bottom plating lay up. Only reccomendations were to service two seacocks (decided to renew)
