Luxury floating home on a converted 1930 Humber Keel Barge built by Harkers of Knottingley. St Petroc is moored on the Thames at Thames Ditton, between Kingston and Hampton Court. (A number of mooring options available). Walk to Surbiton Station for fast trains to London Waterloo.
St. Petroc is 75 feet (23 metres) long, and below deck provides 2/3 bedrooms, including master with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and fitted bed with underneath storage; a small double, and a small single bedroom or office. St Petroc has been regularly improved and maintained and had a full out of the water survey in 2016 and work completed as recommended in survey. (Available for inspection to serious buyers). St Petroc is currently waiting for a full external above water paint renewal and this should be completed shortly or an allowance on price of the boat if not completed before sale.
The engine, a Perkins 6354 diesel, is in full working order and St Petroc has had regular outings on the Thames over the last 3 years. Large engine room/workshop making engine easy to access and maintain as well as housing the central heating boiler.
