Kitchen

  - Brand-new quality kitchen with quartz worktops and a Belfast sink.
  - Appliances: Integrated fridge and freezer, new Kenwood gas oven, 4-ring Lamona gas hob, and a Kenwood dishwasher.

Bathroom

  - 5ft steel bath with mixer shower taps and a 6.5ft standing shower head height.

  - Floor: 50mm Celotex insulation beneath 22mm floorboards.


Interior & Insulation

  - Double insulation on walls and ceilings throughout.
  - Solid wall construction: 12mm ply on the bottom, 9mm ply above the gunnels, and 6mm ply on the ceiling.
  - 6mm high-quality finishing ply throughout, featuring Ash wood interior window trims, gunnel strips, and three feature walls with Ash wood slats.
