Description

Agnetha, a 70x12ft barge built in 2016 by Viking Canal Boats and fitted out in 2017 by SP Longboats. It comes with a rare 3-year renewable Private Residential Mooring on the Thames near Windsor Marina that can be passed on at the moment of sale. (Finding a mooring like this takes significant time and effort, often involving years on a waiting list).

The mooring agreement includes ample parking for 2 cars and 2 land storage units on the river bank next to the boat - useful for storing tools/bikes/wood and coal supplies. Water, electricity and laundrette facilities are also available. The proximity to Windsor Marina allows access to fuel, pump-out and a small chandlery that sells gas cylinders.
