With respect for the work of the old carpenters, the battered wooden hull from 1834 was restored. A job that demanded the utmost from our skilled carpenters. The end result was a robust, spacious sloop.
After the hull was made smooth and tight, it was shipped to our polyester supplier elsewhere in the Netherlands. A mold was made there in a professional way. This mould is used for the manufacture of the extremely strong, low-maintenance polyester hull of the Enkhuizen 780.
