Refurbished 10 years ago, Anna had a full internal fitout, including the fitting of a reconditioned DAF marine engine, new shaft, shaft bearings and propellor, hydraulic steering, electrical systems and excellent hull plate thicknesses.
The accommodation (starting aft through to fore) comprises of a good size aft cabin with the option to use as a sleeping cabin or office. The wheel house is easy collapsable, bright and airy with seating for at least 4 and ample storage below the seating.
Moving down the companionway to starb’d is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and corner hand basin. There is an electric toilet which has the option to discharge to holding tank or overboard. The bathroom also houses the diesel pressure jet central heating boiler which heats radiators economically whilst keeping the boat toasty hot during cold the winter months.
Moving forward form the heads is the open plan galley area which uses the full width of the boat and offers a fully fitted kitchen with solid oak doors, a full size cooker with double oven, fridge and freezer and a large butler style basin. Overhead is a large steel hatch for extra ventilation and more importantly gives the ability to load large items into the boat.
Forward again is a vast area suitable for dining and living and very much a blank canvas for individual tastes with masses of under deck storage ability. There is ample natural light and overhead lighting which is all separatley switchable. There is also a multifuel stove which is not nessesary but nice, and is in full working order.
Through the door ahead of the main living area are 2 spare cabins both with radiators and a lovely cabin attached forward which will make a fantastic walk in wardrobe, office or spare bunk room.
Outside, there is large areas of strong steel decks and coachroof to socialise on, with wide deck walkways allowing easy and safe passage around the boat.
Anna has had a topside repaint and is looking spectacular.
